• Business sellers (subject to additional verification requirements)

Sellers may list legal items and services. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

3.4. Prohibited Items

• Illegal goods or services
• Controlled substances
• Weapons and explosives
• Counterfeit items
• Items violating intellectual property rights
• Any items prohibited by applicable laws

10.1. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you.

10.2. Upon Termination

• All access rights immediately cease
• Any pending transactions may be cancelled
• We may delete or retain your data as required by law
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

10.3. Our Rights

We are not required to:

• Provide a reason for termination
• Provide advance notice
• Maintain or restore terminated accounts
• Retain any user data beyond legal requirements
